Aviation School in Miami

At Aeroservice Flight Training, a Boutique Flight Academy in Miami, Florida, we are committed to providing a professional, personalized, and internationally recognized aviation education. As an FAA Part 141 and SEVIS-certified flight school, we fully comply with all applicable U.S. Department of Homeland Security regulations governing the enrollment of international students.

International applicants pursuing professional flight training are generally required to obtain an M-1 Student Visa. As a SEVIS-certified institution, Aeroservice Flight Training is authorized to issue Form I-20 to qualified applicants who meet the School’s admission requirements, enabling them to apply for an M-1 visa through the appropriate U.S. consular process.

The M-1 visa is specifically designed for students seeking career-focused vocational education, including professional pilot training. Whether beginning with no previous flight experience or advancing existing qualifications, students may enroll in individual courses or complete a structured professional pilot program. When academically justified and permitted under applicable regulations, extensions of stay may be available to allow students to complete their approved training.

At Aeroservice Flight Training, our commitment extends far beyond the admission process. We provide personalized guidance throughout every stage of the international student journey—from enrollment and visa documentation to academic support and successful program completion—offering students and their families the confidence and peace of mind that come from choosing a trusted aviation institution.

Begin your professional pilot journey in Miami with a flight academy dedicated to excellence, personalized education, and the highest standards of FAA training.

Beginning your professional pilot training in the United States is a straightforward process when you have the guidance of an experienced institution. At Aeroservice Flight Training, we provide personalized assistance throughout every stage of the admissions process, ensuring that international students and their families understand each requirement with confidence and clarity.

1. Receive Your Form I-20

As an SEVP-certified flight academy, Aeroservice Flight Training is authorized to issue Form I-20 to qualified applicants who meet our admission requirements. This official document is required to apply for an M-1 Student Visa and confirms your acceptance into our professional pilot training program.

2. Apply for Your M-1 Student Visa

After receiving your Form I-20, you will schedule your visa appointment at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in your country of residence. The application process includes submitting the required documentation, paying the applicable government fees, and completing a consular interview. Visa issuance is determined solely by the U.S. Department of State.

3. Complete TSA Flight Training Security Program (FTSP) Requirements

Before beginning flight training, international students must obtain the required authorization through the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Flight Training Security Program (FTSP), as required by federal regulations. Aeroservice Flight Training will guide you through each step of this process, including document submission and compliance requirements.

4. Plan Your Arrival in Miami

Once your visa has been issued and your TSA application is in progress or approved, you may begin preparing for your arrival in the United States. Upon arrival, you will complete the final enrollment process, including:

  • Obtaining your FAA Medical Certificate.
  • Completing any required TSA fingerprinting procedures, when applicable.
  • Applying for your FAA Student Pilot Certificate.
